About the job

As a customer success intern, you will get collaborate with leading logistics companies to enhance users’ experience. You will help to guide users during the onboarding process and be their first point of contact. You play an important role in driving user adoption and growth of the company.

Your objectives

– Collaborate with users to identify their needs and assess how this can be achieved
– Build strong relationships with customers and familiarise them with the platform
– Proactively explore ways to solve problems quickly but also manage expectations
– Grow your network in maritime logistics

About you

You are eager to discover all the different aspects of a SaaS startup in this broad role. You are very communicative and outgoing.

– You have some background in maritime logistics or supply chain
– You easily get the hang of new apps and digital tools
– You are eager to learn about the ins & outs of maritime logistics
– You are fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus
