Program guidelines & limitations
Referral submission
Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form.
To qualify for the discount, use Dockflow’s referral form to submit partner details. This ensures accurate tracking and attribution, especially when there are multiple referrals.
Discount application
Discounts are applied to invoices after the referred customer’s payment is received.
Once the referred customer subscribes and their payment is completed, both discounts appear as itemized line items on each party’s respective invoices, ensuring transparency.
Sales engagement check
The referral program applies only if the referral is submitted before any prior sales engagement.
If the referred partner has already engaged with Dockflow’s sales team, the referral is ineligible for the discount. This rule prevents overlap and ensures a fair distribution of rewards.
No negative balances
Discounts cannot reduce invoice amounts below zero..
If accumulated discounts exceed the annual fee, the maximum discount applied will be capped at the total invoice amount.
